I’ve been thinking a lot about visibility lately.
Not the loud, performative kind… the quieter kind. The kind that makes people feel understood without needing to explain themselves.

Bad Bunny didn’t just perform. He showed up fully himself, and in doing so, he made a lot of people feel seen. For some, it was language. For others, culture. For many, it was the simple fact that something familiar finally occupied a space where it has historically been absent.

That feeling, being seen, is powerful. And it sticks with you.

What This Has Taught Me About My Work
I spend a lot of time with people who are navigating change.
